The Army Cadet College entry is basically for those who are already in the service and want to be an officer in the Indian Army. This is not a direct entry. A candidate from Indian Air force, Indian Navy and Indian Army are eligible to apply for this. Through this, A candidate can only become an officer in the Indian Army.

Selection Process of ACC Entry:

  • Medical Examination

  • Married and unmarried both can apply for the ACC.
  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 in any discipline from the State Board or Central board.
  • Only candidates are eligible to apply for this, who are already in Service.
  • Candidates must have 2 years of service in any of the force like Indian Navy, Indian Air force or Indian Army.
  • Age Limit: The Age of the candidate must be between 20 years old to 27 years old.
  • There is no relaxation has been given to any caste, Community or Religion.

Training of ACC Entry Cadets:

The Cadets have always had Basic Military Training and some of the candidate who was front line soldiers they have also taken Advance military Training. You will have your training at the Indian Military Academy and your training duration can be between 6 months to 18 months.
