UP Police Constable Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Physical Efficiency Tests are made to check the inner strength of a candidate. The work of the police is very difficult. Those candidates who are willingly want to join the Police Department starting from the constable’s post then should have great inner strength. There are various ways to do the Physical Efficiency Test like they can do race, jumps like long jumps, high jumps, etc. The basic Norms to test the UP Police Constable Physical Standard are given below as follows –

Race – Race is one of the best ways to know the candidate’s inner strength. In the Physical Efficiency Test, the Male candidates have to complete a race of 4.8 km in a maximum of 25 minutes of the time period and the female candidates have to complete a race of 2.4 km in a maximum of 14 minutes of a time period. Candidates who will unable to complete the race will be disqualified automatically.

Then the candidates will also be tested by long jumps, high jumps, etc.

Constables PET-

The Constables Physical eligibility test is already mentioned above.
